Aye, im trying to "hard wire" all my stuff in now, the ciggie adapter ones are a pain when you go over bumps and they come loose etc!

Trying to perminant wire into my car, USB GPS reciever, USB hard disk (full of films and MP3s), my pda and the cables to route this through the car stereo.

Want it so I drop it into the cradle and its all there ready to go

wouldnt bother with cigarette lighter one because they tend to work loose and blow fuses.

chap at work had one, just a usb port, on the dash, looked cool.

i had the cigarette lighter one for this project, just butchered it for the PCB
