yeh seen it up for sale a few times think it started at about 25k

 

Its about time people faced facts that a ford escort aint worth 33k, even if it only has 1 mile on the clock. Its starting to piss me off a tad these unrealistic prices people ask for cars especially in the rs range.

back in '92 mine cost £25,015 otr for a lux with cd but £19k cash would get you one I found out just after I got my hat nailed on!
My Preg small turbo lux withcd/aircon cost the original buyer a smidgen under £30k.

 

Tis only worth what someone is willing to pay, and depending on how it has been stored, that fact it's only done 300 miles shouldn't put people off.

There was a couple of months ago on Ebay, a 1982 Mk5 Cortina, unregistered with only 82 miles on the clock!!!! been in a Ford showroom all it's life, and it made £8k, do you think the new owner would have been worried about that?
