cosworth voltage drop

Default cosworth voltage drop

the engine pulls fine upto about 5000rpm then the voltage drops to 10 causing the engine to missfire. what could cause this?

Where are you measuring the voltage Earth and live points please ?

the car was on a rolling road, dont know what they connect to.
