im looking to see why my piston rings have gone pop after 3.5k miles. and was wondering if this had anything to do with it?
i have the standard crap ford IC fitted, but the car is running higher boost then normal, woud this cause them to go pop?? or would this do other damage.
i do have plans to fit a Pro alloy one in the future

act would defo be off the scale at 14 psi on a standard i/c!! mine was off the scale at just 10.5psi. was'nt much better with a pace double capacity i/c.
GRS now no probs and act NEVER gets above 34 no matter how hard you drive it

probably of the scale but never had nothing in my old one to read act i also sold the car to a friend and it is still going on a standard ic at 14psi and i know at santa pod he wound the boost up more just wouldent hold what he set it to
