Help car cut out

just got home after pushging my car half way home

any way it cut out round a corner and now the fuel pump wont fire up it a xr2i 8v 1991 can any 1 help as this is the second xr2i thats died in the same way cheers

if the fuel pump ain't running then i would think it's the relay or the pump fucked
