Default Fuel pump problem

the fuel pump was making a very loud constant buzzing and then when tried to start it again it didnt even kick in Ive just put a new turbo on (stage 3 cosworth) could this have caused it by the engine requiring more fuel and therfore burning it out. Checked the relay and this works so im puzzeled to what it can be do I now need a bigger pump, where to get it from and how much. MORE MONEY

Thanks for any help Rob

Even if the relay is clicking, it doesn't mean to say the relay is actually working and it doesn't mean that power is getting to the relay and through it to the pump. Check there is power to pin 30 on the relay and then when it clicks, that power comes out of pin 87.
