All I changed was to remove the existing exhaust manifold studs and drill
them out to make the holes bigger for the 4x4 manifold studs.

And of course, rotated the housings and new bracket for wastgate actuator.

I did notice the exhaust system does sit higher due to the exhaust housing being bigger !

no i don't mean were the turbo bolts 2 the manifold, its the exhaust 2 the turbo, its a triangle shaped bracket with 3 holes, which goes over the studs on the turbo. t4 studs r 2 wide for the bracket.

B13 JUS,

My exhaust is a mongoose and just bolted straight on with no problems !

This same exhaust fitted a T35, MD240 and now a T4.

Sounds like you may have to get the drill out - Good luck !

yeah i've changed 2 a 2wd maifold, the exhaust it self is fine just the clamp that bolts the exhaust 2 the turbo, the holes don't line up 2 the studs on the turbo.

must be different to the standard bolt pattern if they will not line up properly.

If you can get the triangle piece off you could maybe redrill a hole so it does line up.

How far out are they?
Maybe the studs on the T4 are bent??
