Default Capri zetec conversion engine mounts particularly

ive got a few questions that have been left un answered about the conversion besides that information is openly available from old skool escort conversions

what do you do about relocating the breaks? can you just use the pedal boxes for the mk2 escort?

dos it still need the thermostat housing changing?

will a 1.8 cvh sump foul the steering rack without work?

ive been searching high and low for some engine mounts and they dont seem to be out there. are there any that are easy to modify to accomodate the zetec? posibly the pinto mounts? (this is my most diar queston as i can use trial and error on others)

p.s. please dont give me a link just to go and ask on another site ive probably already looked

mounts, the escort ones for zetec from retro ford will probably fit even if you have to adjust rubber thickness(phone dave). or slice off tops of crossmember and make some chassis mounts.

sump...im not sure, it needs mods for escort fittment so probably will for capri, why worry just cut@n@shut it. you can put a wing in at same time.

water rail needs moving to fit in escort. check your rear clearance against a mk2..... if you got more it might fit but id guess they are similar, the crappy has got all the space at the front !

hope this helps a little.
