New gasket, some gasket sticky stuff for the half moon seals (hylomar I think it's called - someone will correct if wrong ) and the cam shaft half moon seals x2.

Cometic rocker cover gasket is possibly a better bet than the Ford OEM one, imo.

piece of piss and you need a gasket and 2 half moons seals.

Just tighten the allen key bolts up like you do a cylinder head, criss cross type of thing.

Be worth while buying new allen key bolts for the rocker cover.

Don't forget the gasket sealer for the base of the half moon seals,2 good blobs on each moon.

Ive done them without any sealer on mine and not had a problem at all, to be honest i cant imagine why they would need sealer when they are under compression, but i guess if you dont clean the surfaces you might need it, and its certainly not going to cause any harm if you do use it.

Takes about an hour to do the job, but half that time is cleaning the surfaces.

Use a cometic gasket, well worth the extra few quid.

Don't buy half-moons from Ford Dealerships, charged me Ł14 for the pair!!!!

Get them from Woodford or one of the other cosworth specialists, about Ł5 a pair

Think GGR, Woodford or PJ do the cometic gasket with 2x half moon seals.

you have NO choice mate, unless its a cometic on there at the moment, as the old one will just rip to pieces no doubt, they always do!

Ditto Dave, have also used PJ, MSD, GGR & R&B for parts - all with no hassles, and very prompt service.

www.grahamgoode.com

www.RandBMotorsport.co.uk - parts not listed, but Mike can get most things

www.remapping.co.uk - MSD (STU@MSD off here)
