you know when u wanna watch Sky TV from downstairs on a TV in the bedroom? Any reccomendations?

Also do they include passthroughs that allows you to keep the the unit connected to your tv downstairs?

Yes you can keep the TV downstairs connected.

Do you have WiFi in the house? You may get interference with that - if you get problems try shutting that off to prove it, then try different channels on the TV sender.

Yea, and perhaps move the router, or the direction of the aerials.

Get one from Argos or something, and if you can't get it to work - take it back.

I got a cheapo one from Maplins a while ago. It works fine including the remote control but you will need to fiddle about with channels if you have wifi. Microwaves do interfere with the signal too.
