such a real shame thats gona fuck it up for southend
there is talk it not opening again till 2008 if this is correct theres gona be a lot off people with no jobs and all the boat trips will stop such a shame plus loaf boat affected as no safe way to get too
if it is arson would love to get five mins with them
also lets hope its insured this time not like in 95 when bowling alley at the shore end went up with no insurance
lets hope now the council let the owner off peter pans revamp it his way
