If possible, where can i get insurance for 1 day ?

I need to get insured on a mates car for the day.

 

Tell him to speak to his insurance compnay and get you added to the policey for a day or however long (Think they will only do it for a week minimum)

I added Little Joe to my policey on the Range Rover for 2 weeks and it was only £30

Adam - I spoke to my insurance company (Directline) and they insured me on my friends 200bhp+ RST for 30 quid for the weekend. (Fully comp i must add) Worth looking into fella

 

In theory I don't think you shouldn't be able to take out a policy on your mates (already insured) car, since you have no financial interest in it. Plus, say the car got nicked overnight - does his insurer or yours cough up ?

Obviously you would be covered TPO if you have a driving other cars extension on your own policy.
