Afternoon guys and girls,

For anyone considering a Zetec Turbo conversion and is looking to use the Rover manifold for the improved flow rate it offers (Due to better port matching), aswell as the sideways pipe routing this is the manifold for you.

This is the Rover M16 Manifold used on the Rover 820 Turbo's and its the best one to use on Zetec Turbo's rather than the commenly used T16 inlet manifold.

Adaptor plates and modifications will be required to fit this on the Zetec engine, there's plenty of usefull advice on this forum, just do a search for it.
Once fitted the inlet pipe will run around the side of the engine, not over the crossover pipe, keeping the inlet pipe away from the hot manifold, and negating the need to lower the engine for bonnet clearance.

Includes fuel rail, throttle body and the Rover injectors and some sensors and pipes.
