4x4 sump,how do you remove it
Yes it is a pain in the but. You will have to seperate the motor fromthe crossmember to be able to get the pan out of there.
basiacally make a mess of all the fluids that are the engine bay and atleast a days work.
mine actually had a rubber gasket and the gasket set I got came with a cork gasket. I reused the rubber, but I think I tightened it to much and may have caused some damage. it is hard to get it torqued right. thus better and easier to use the liquid sealant method.
