as long as you change the backing plates,shoes,cylinders then yes. S2 has bigger rear drums than s1

 

as above,you need to change the plates shoes and liner hub obviously,dont know if the bearings are the same size on the liner hub shaft,maybe a different setup for your hub carrier,ford could tell you,or try jano,hes smart .
