head gasket ok and comressions ok,runs fine engine temp is fine but no fooking heat lol

my mate changed one on my old on without taking dash out, job done in under an hour!!

 

That aint the only possibility tho ..

I have had to unblock a CVH manifold offtake water elbow with a drill bit on two different cars. Corrosion gradually narrows the outlet hole, then a bit of gasket paper or something blocks that up too.
