just a quick question that i am sure has been asked before, has any body used a 202 block in there cossie, and how do they compare with 200/500 blocks,as im thinking on rebuilding my 3dr engine in to one,and hoping to squeeze 430 bhp+

The problem is that the 202 cant be long studded for big bhp, your best bet is a new 200 block.

I thought the general opinion was that due to the head being alloy and the block iron, they expand at different rates, making the ARP stud kit unsuitable for a cossie. Something about them cracking?
Fine for a pinto though.
