Having stripped the cab down last week I noticed it has a water pump that I have never seen before.

If you are looking at the block from the slam panel, the pump comes out towards you, but then has another pipe that comes off towards the right hand side. This was blocked off with a bit of hose and a jubliee clip but will it run right when put back together??

 

Sounds like a Series one pump?

It has a series 1 box in it as well but has a knock sensor on the inlet.

Sounds like its a cobbled together piece of shite

 

Does it look like the pump on the front of this....If so then it is an S1 pump.
