4x4 not starting and cutting out

4x4 not starting and cutting out
are the fuel pump relays a common fault on cossies aswell as rs turbos?i think this may be what the problem is but if anyone has any outher suggestions they will be welcome!the fuel pump definitely doesnt run when the problem happens.and the fuel pump is new.
