can get some for 40 quid (no the harnas pon )

ill be going to the ring in sept for some laps and home to be what faster then last time

well worth it ?

In all seriousness, as long as they are mounted safely, then I would say yes.

Being tightly secured in the car gives you much more feedback through the mythical arse of the seat...........

Having said that, you could always strap yourself in with your bondage ropes

these should be mounted on the bolts which secure the rail to the bottom

Rene,

They should be mounted at the seatbelt mounting points, as these are the best places for your situation
