Default Cam question.

I've got a kent cvh35 cam kit to fit this weekend, the question is the head on my car has recently had new standard ford stem seals and valve springs, do I have to fit the seals and springs in the kit, are they uprated at all?

I'm just trying to avoid taking the head off if I don't need to.

Cheers,
Dave.

You dont need to take the head off to change the springs or stem seals.

Change the springs, but not the seals - the fird seals are better

You will need one of these....

You will be able to get one from most good car accessory/parts shops.
