sorry aint checked this for a few days its got 68k on the clock and its basically stage 1-2...

na i got the side lights being painted, delocked all round, blue oval repeaters,clear frnt ind's and a touch up here and there too....

just a bit for now do more when i have some money

 

Sidelights being painted? WTF? You mean the repeaters? Or indicator lenses or what? You can't paint sidelights!

 

you loser the ind are in the bumper!!!! as i have morette's its therefore legal to have the sidelights painted!!!

 

So your basically giving it a full respray, imo de-locking it will de-value it, i'd never buy a de-locked esc cos

 

you may think its devalueing the car??? that is your opinion i want mine delocked for safety, also there was a fine dent on both doors not that visable but i like things perfect so required paint anyway.....

having had my old rs attempted to be nicked i am taking no chances with this.... also i have no care of the resale value as i will never be selling it

i also having it stripped a bit to be fully waxolyed again even tho its wel done already want it to stay as mint as possible

forgot that i haven't kept up the posts on my cossie here so thought i would update for you. since i bought it as mentioned the car went in for a bit of bodywork, dispite what other people think i am happy its delocked



finished pics:-










the car came with some sort of godspeed brake conversion so i am happy with the brakes for now:-

then i decided to take a visit to see a mate of mine how runs a alloy company and they vertually told me i was having a cooling setup so i couldn't refuse!!!

i got a huge 64mm intercooler and a 50mm rad














really happy with it made a noticable difference then the ruddly alarm decided to go had to have another fitted

also bought some goodies to fit :-



due to been busy not had time to fit it all yet but got the header on:-





then after speaking around and general driving i noticed that my car was clearly way too low already having koni's i think the prev owner put the wrong spec springs on. so a call to MR RAINBIRD and my springs are now ordered off ahmed and should be fitted asap when they arrive ..

i also thought while the suspension was going to come off i may aswell make use so i decided to go out and buy some suspension chrome top mounts, chrome caps, and some poly top mounts... these will all go on when the new springs are put on ...





so hopefully the springs will bring the car back to proper cossie height and handling , future plans for this year include new rims and getting this fitted maybe some more too







apart from that i'll leave you with the power graph from my cossie was done just before i bought it
