who builds low comp bottom ends for the Rs turbo??

well the only person id reccommend (and you may have seen him in peformance ford) is dean from shephard motors in chelmsford essex tel no (01245-477999)
he built me a low comp bottom end for around 800 quid bearing in mind that was a few years ago but i dont think the price is that much different now,i had that ,a cossie 2wd turbo 48 housing,bayjoo chip, ap paddle clutch,-31, and the head was left standard ,and that was running around 220-225 holding 20 psi and believe me it was so quick i only gave it some just to listen to the jet engine sound that came from the exhaust,give him a bell in my opinon hes the daddy,sometimes he does get busy so if so just call him back! just say you spoke to martin from colchester who had a white s2

 

Cheers mate, i will give him a bell. im only really after one piston machined up as i think thats what my bottom end is (a low comp set up) so i will need a special piston made to the same spec as the others.
