Masive!! I've seen the head work thats been done on it, its got bigger valves, oversize sold tappets, ported and polished, the bottom end is all steel, 4-1 custom made manifold, twin 48's, 803's, Forged high comp pistons.
I've forgot the rest of the spec as its that big

I want this car, I'm not a big fan of Orions but this car has changed my mind,
I've been told it could be one of the most powerful road legal N/A Zetec about, its been speced for 250+bhp.

Cliff S1, i read the post of pf a while ago and i think he built the lump and one almost the same for his mate

He built the engine and many more like it with a lower spec than his.
He's also rebuilding my RS Turbo engine as we speak, I was going to go for a ZVH but i like the look of the Zetec in the Mk4 bay so i might get Andrew to build me a Zetec Turbo later on.
