1500 mile blueprinted bottom end for sale
Hi guys
Due to my buyer dropping out thru lack of funds I have the bottom end from my saph for sale
It was built by Frank Anderson of Anderson Racing Engines last winter.
Brand new 202 block, new 4x4 pistons 7.8-1 CR, oil pump and everything else that should be replaced when building a rock solid engine.
It's fully blueprinted & balanced and all internal/flywheel bolts are better than ARP (ARE don't use ARP, they have these bolts made in the US, 1.5 times stonger than ARP)
The engine has covered 1500 miles since build!!
1000 of those at standard power, and has been run in correctly and of course I have the receipt for the build.
I spent 2k and my bottom end on this engine, mainly because I wanted a rock solid, reliable engine.
Looking for £1600.
This bottom end will handle 400bhp+ no problem.
Why risk all that time, money and effort on a unknown, high mileage engine? Do it once, do it right!!
Feel free to either email, pm or ring me with any queries (07976 233935)
Cheers

Hi
The 202 block is actually a late transit block. Transits never break
It's thicker walled like the 200 block.
It doesn't have the big core plug at the back that 200 blocks have, the one that can cause the blocks to crack.
The only downside is the fact you can't longstud the 202 block, but that never bothered me as I'm not a fan of longstudding. An alloy head needs room to expand rather than just fracturing the bolt holes......lol
The short story is it's much better than the 205 block and swings and roundabouts compared to the 200 block.
Thanks
