4x4 Sapph Cosworth

I have recently noticed that when I start up from cold the tappets can be heard for a couple of minutes or so before the noise goes away. Not !!

The car has had a recent oil change and is at correct level.

it does take time for the oil to circulate tho... so it will. Just check the level...

 

when you say started up from cold do you mean after a couple of hours or when left over night? How many miles has the engine/followers done?
