Hi all, getting chinese takeaway tonight, and i cant decide what to get for the life of me

Some stuff i usually get are:
Beef curry, ried rice or boiled
Breast of chicken curry, fried rice or boiled
crispy shredded chicken in manderin sauce with fried rice
OR
i thought i might get a beef chowmein, but not allot of eating in that, and not much you can accompany i with?

Fuck it's all good - Guess what we're now having for tea

 

Shredded duck in black bean sauce
Pork in KO/OK (whichever way round it is) sauce
Prawn crackers
Egg noodles

 

I love chinease. There is a well good one near me. Me and the missus usually get special fried rice, sweet and sour to mix in with it. qtr of crispy duck , prawn crackers and sometimes chicken balls aswell if im well hungry

 

Beef in garlic and oyster sauce is a personal favourite.

Also beef in satay sauce.

All with egg fried rice.

 

i get house special fried rice or noodles...

get a big tub half full of rice/noodles and the rest is beef, chicken, prawns, pork, veggies etc. etc.

nice meal for 1

Anyone feel 90% of the time after chinese "that wasnt worth the wait, i now feel like ive ate a cow when i aint even finnished my meal"

I love chicken balls, but HATE prawns, so special fri ri ice off the menu unless i ask em to leave them out

 

Duck, on its own, has quite a strong taste, with a texture kind of like a slightly tougher version of chicken. It's not cheap, though, from memory...

 

Usually get:

Lemon chicken with fried rice and a portion of prawn crackers
or
Kung po chicken and fried rice and a portion fo prawn crackers

ours are called the "sunflower" or "water mill" or "blue sky" or "china dragon" (too many chinese, not enough indian/chippy's)

Sunflower is the best, but closed on mondays

Well i placed my order, and im going for a pretty lame decision, but different to what i usually get. . and i fancy it today

Large vegetable spring roll, beef chow mein and prawn crackers! Reason for a veggie spring roll is cos the meaty ones usually got prawns in em, an i cant risk it

 

i normally get sweet n sour chicken, egg fried rice, and spring rolls, but my eyes are too big for my stomach half the time, lol.

 

RS Monkey, My eyes are FAR too big for my belly, yestrerday i was gonna order "chicken balls, fried rice, curry sauce, chips and prawn crackers i got the sauce and rice in on elarge tub, and the chips got dropped but still got crackers, then ate half and swapped the missus for her pork chow mein

Good prawns are nice!! If you've eaten some shit ones though, I can understand. You've got to try them again though mate

Well i got a dilema, every fcking chinese in scotland (and probably England) is closed for the holiday (fair monday?) bastard, my mouths dripping at the thought of my slpling loll and beef chowmain
