Default Sony Ericsson phones

I currently have a P800, but want to replace this with a newer one, so what's a nice one to replace it with? The only requisite is that it must be the above make (so I can transfer all my numbers across) and must have sufficient memory to allow this. Want something a little more "funky" and not so brick like .

Mike, seriously, I think you might get good use out of a Pocket PC style phone, unfortunately they are rather brick like What network are you on?

You can doit two ways Mike. If all the contacts are saved to the phone at the mo then you can put the mem card out of your new phone in and then save all the contacts to the new card. It should be an option under the phonebook.

If all your contacts are already on your memory card. Put the memory card in yoru new phone and go to phone book and there will be an option to save them to the new phone

Mike,
If your current phone has Bluetooth you should be able to 'send all contacts' to your new phone !
Thats how I did 320 contacts from T68i to K700i anyway.

Mike follow instructions. Just transfer numbers to your bling phone...

New phone turn bluetooth on.

Old P800 brick phone

menu
phone book
options
Advance
send all contacts
via bluetooth

this then should pick-up your new phone and it should transfer them

volia.

Nice one. Will i have to make a position bracket thingy or will he do that?

I mean where they usually go where the clocks used to be, or is it quite a straight forward job??

Your phone will need to be sent back mate.Take it to the shop you bought it from and they should exchange it for you.The problem is the software on the phone is faulty,i know because mine was the same, the earliest ones all suffered from this and had to be sent back

Pain in the ass, when i opened the slider for the camera aswell the screen would be white so had to close and open it again before it worked
