Focus RS Boost Levels!?

What should a standard Focus RS peak & hold!? Boost wise!

read in PF yesterday that they should hold a bar of boost. mag was when they first came out tho.

Was talking to a colleague of mine yesterday who just took delivery of a second hand one... I think he said 15 odd peak, 10 held, but I am not 100% sure ?:
