i won an item on e bay over a week ago and still not recived it
i got this email off the seller 2day

my question is,is there a time limit on refunds cause im quite prepared
to wait for me item
the seller has a 100% feedback,but i did get it cheap compered to his other auctions

i think the limit on refunds is 30 days - but if he is offering you a refund, then he is genuine

 

hold out as ebay will fleece you for 15 quid admin charges.....
