I thought it was illegal to tow a sierra with a seirra, well a road going one anyway. thought you could tow upto two thirds the towing cars wieght. correct me f i'm worng

and your point is

Only kidding around dude it is illegal and your right but Andy's never been dug by the cops yet and weve passed them loads of times. Think its because it all looks safe with the twin wheeled trailer and tie-downs so they've just turned a blind eye

I prefer using this to tow my cars around with



That sierra with full leather trim etc is heavy as fook so not worth risking it

and my old s2



Cant beat the Landrover for towing with, pulls perfectly at 90mph

That one was just under 700quid second hand, full tiltbed but weighs a fookin ton. Im considering a towdolly just now for a wee S2 trackcar ive built, no space just now and as you say dude their far easier to store

not casting a judgement or anything i've towed Sierra's with Sierra's on double axles b4 and never got tugged, it's just that i'm sure it's illegal however i never found out, just curious lol

Normally just hunt around the blue/yellow paper or sometimes get offered trailers etc through mates or when up at knockhill

heres my prefered way of moving mine around , plenty of space for bit and bobs in the back of the van

learned that with the car facing that way it does not tow as nice as it would facing the van
