Default who's fitted calibra pistons to there zetec t?
i guess a few people have used them just wondering if they are a straight fit to the rod and if theres any other info i need about them can anyone help?

the rods dont fit need to be machined

i got them in my engine, the calibra turbo gudgeon pins are larger diameter than the zetec gudgeon pins, so the zetec con rod little end needs to be machined out a small amount to allow fitment.

Whats about 20DET pistons, nissan 200sx? i heard that they need machining to make vauxhall gudgeon pins fit, perhaps they would fit the zetec ones?

The vauxhall ones im using are 826 thou i think from memory, but would have to check to be sure.

actual size of my pins is in fact 826.5 thou
