I'm not sure, I've got a feeling it could be an XR2i!

I can't see whether it says 105PS or 130PS!

Anyone know?

Can't tell for certain off those pics. The dealer must have the log book. What's it say on that?

Didn't think the XR2i came in that colour though

according to the AA when doing an insurence quote and inputting the registration number it is the following

L997 XDG, FORD 1992-1993, FIESTA XR2I, 1796cc, 3 Door, Petrol, Manual

and the quote of 258 quid fully comp was good too

I e-mailed him and asked him what the sticker says on the crossover pipe, but he hasn't got back to me. I said I wanted my bid retracted if it's an XR2i and not an RS1800.

It will state the right car on the log book...

The wheels are late spec XR2i....

The sticker on the X over pipe will either be 105PS or 130PS, the latter being the RS model...

And when you do a insurance Quote on Tesco it comes up as a XR2i (my RS1800 comes up as an RS1800)

They're not RS seats either, they're wingbacks not Recaro buckets - what a plank

Yup, agree Less - just done some checking on AT and the later ones are non-Recaro which surprised me as I've only ever seen them with Recaros. Oh well, learn something new everyday

By studying the photo's and the info provided you can see the car is a Mk3 Fiesta 1993 (i.e. not Mk3.5 Si Shape).

IF it was a 1993 RS1800 it would have Recaro interior and definately have the proper RS1800 alloys NOT the XR2i Alloys & Winged back seats it does in pics.

Furthermore winged back seats were only introduced to the RS1800 post mid-1994 when there were a few alterations to the car which included a Mk3.5 shell.
