Standard ERST fan switch, what temps should it cut in & out?

Does anyone know, i think mine is buggered, it cuts in at 100degrees

92 I think mate

Stat opens at 88, fan at 92 I believe

Hmmm,

I've stuck an 82 degree stat in for now with a cozy fan switch.

Anyone got the older type ERST Fan switch off an S1? its the brown one with the Spade type connectors.

cossie fan switch 7001614 red

I got the state too 82 one.. temp never goes over half way now

i used to have loads of 52mm gauges in me grey turbo one of wich was a revotech water temp and according to that it used to hit 60 degrees and the fan would come on every time but im told that some after market gauges can be incorect due to some univesal parts

mine also didn't get over half way, wit the 82 stat and cossie fan switch, but then I put my bumber back on... and know it get over half way some times.... so im cinsidering cuttin out my bumber

iv just fitted a 82 degree stat,, its made no difference, to b honest its made it worse!

so were do u get the cossie fan switch from??
