On some s2s ive seen a extra pipe coming from the charge carrier and it goes down to i think one of the pipes of the amal valve but not sure. I think its suppose to make the car boost better. Is there such a thing and if there is can someone explain it more in detail. Thanks in advance
Think its something to do with fuel pressure if i remember correctly the pipe from the charge carrier goes to the fuel pressure regulater on the metering head and increases the fuel pressure acording to boost pressure or at least i think thats what it does
I know of a mod that connects the charge carrier to the amal valve.
The turbo to amal valve connection has to be blocked at the turbo.
It is that connection on the amal valve you use to connect the pipe from the charge carrier.
The actuator is now driven by the pressure a lot later in the system (after piping and intercooler) and will therefore hold boost slightly longer.
Disadvantage is that because the turbo is working at slightly higher boost, the heat in the engine will go up. So the advantage of holding boost longer could be leveled out by greater heat (which will cost power).
Cheers

It connects up to the bleed valve, its instead of connecting to the turbo housing
