Default strip or not to strip?, that is the question

ive just taken my s2 off the road to restore the body work

havin just got back from the cumbria regional day, i have i dillema

i intend to efi my car with a zvh/zetec engine and have a bash at a few sprints/track days/scooby slayin!!!

but seein the road cars at the show made me think about just restorin it and leavin the interior etc in???

what does everyone reckon, should mint it up, strip it out and put a cage and buckets in it or

restore the bodywork put back the interior and everythin back in??

any pics of caged up s1's and s2's would be appreciated

All depends what you use the car for I guess, is it a daily driver? If so probably not that practical to be stripped etc. Up to you, if u intend to just do track days and sprints and not much else then stripped is the way of course.

There are a a few proper tracked up s1's and s2's on here, im sure they'll post pics

They are side mounts....they were very easy to fit by making up two small brackets to mount them to the standard seat subframe (so I've still got the slide mechanism )

Stripped is deffo the way forward
