hello mate

i have one

see my spec and dyno sheet here,

https://passionford.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=92375

made the power, 505bhp, 447lb/ft on 31psi peak and 26 held on ies engine dyno.

was less laggy than t4, but not as quick as was told.

but mine is on a full 500bhp spec head and cams, and a faulty actuater.

it will be fully mapped in the next few weeks, and boost controll sorted, and i exspect full boost around 3.5 k rpm, of 30 psi.

wen last in car in november just after dyno it held over 30psi at 7.8k rpm in top gear.

and power dont peak at all.

other peeps on here have had surge problems, where turbo is producin to much boost (at low revs 2-3.5 k rpm,) and engine stuters, but i believe thats because they were usin either a std engine spec, or only mild head and cams.

daz C dad used to have one on his cossie, and had surge problems, so pm daz.

cheers danny

Where you get it from mate?

How much was it?

Does it fit straight on a cossy manifold?

the only place you can get the real md240r is 'turbo dynamics'

fits straight on 2wd, or 4wd manifold, you will have to make up a oil return, thats it.

their retail at £1300 + vat, but can do trade price, best just ring them and ask.

Got one on mine and it certainly feels less laggy than a T4!
Pulls really well considering the small exhaust housing.

I want one... Been down to turbo dynamics a few times as they have balanced core assemblies for me (Just down the road from me). Give them a call or have a look at the web site - the guys there are all very helpful.
