FAO: All those going to *Heaven in Devon*
For the Devon RSOC show, May 22nd [re weekend away, Friday 20th to Monday 23rd]
Right, had a crap couple months but back on track now.
As much as is possible for me anyway
For those of you that put your name down to come to the event, Focus Boy needs payment for tickets asap and I probably need a lift cos the RS is a bag of sh1te
unless I cut the floor out and we arrive "Flinstones" style
But I digress.
I have spoken to a campsite [bird sounded fit too, so I've got first dibs
] 10 minutes from Crealy, tent pitches are £10/night for 2 man and £12/night for 4 man, we can turn up and pay on the days for them.
They have some 5* static caravans still available that will need to be BOOKED in advance, the fitty said it would be £146 for 2 nights, but I think they're 4-6 man sleeping? I know some of you [AHEM MRSFROG COUGH] think they're too good for a tent
This site sounds good because you can keep your cars next to your tents [although its in a field] OR they have a car park with CCTV too, so should be no problems

PLEASE let me know again that you can make it and to anyone else interested, see this post for details and contact Focus Boy with regards to paying in advance for the show, although we can pay on the day

Quoted from the english tourism council:
"There will be a restaurant or other eating area open to you for breakfast and dinner. Alcoholic drinks will be served in a bar or lounge. A majority of the rooms will have en suite facilities."
"Will offer a more formal style of service with a receptionist on duty, room service and a laundry service."
"All bedrooms will be en-suite. Spacious public areas and will have a strong emphasis on food and drink. Room service should be available 24 hours a day."
"Spacious, luxurious establishments of the highest international quality throughout. There will be a range of extra facilities and be amongst the best in the industry."
That's gotta be worth £146 for 2 nights surely

Not sure about actual times rich, I would have thought friday mid/late afternoon should be ok for pitching up, no need to be there for 08:00 am...
