Could be loads of stuff & hard to say without looking at it. try cleaning the crank pickup sensor & teeth on crank pully, may not be registering????

HI,

The spark once, sound like just the pulse from the amp, had this once
myself and the ecu plug was loose. also check the phase sensor in the
distributor,

Got it sorted after some probing, turned out to be a loose connection to the distributor (phase sensor).

Thanks for your help.
