Superflex! I had the whole set, apart from the rear springs. Front strut tops from Powerflex.
Worth every penny - but saying that I've just ordered a MEF rear setup, and have had TAS adjustable TCA's for years. (interested in some second hand bits?)
Talk to Chris he'll do you a deal

You need a press or vice, and an assortment of sockets, and metal tubes. Various bits of wood and metal come in handy too, and some WD40. Basically you have to push the old bush housings out using enourmous force, while ensuring that you dont bend the arm. A few careful cuts with a Dremel cutting wheel also helps to get the old stuff free. Use the grease supplied to lubricate all the surfaces and to help in pushing the polybush into it's housing.
While you are there, it would be a good time to remove the crappy rear brake valves in favour of adjustable bias valves - or even new lines and a front/rear split.

The rear outer ones usually don't have the outer steel tube like the original ones to support the bush itself. Therefore to gain anything from fitting polybushes the rear wishbone needs more tube welded onto it to support the bush by a larger area.
I would say that deflex bushes seem to do the job well and the price is right , only problem i found was with there front anti roll bar bushes are a bit crap because they start to go oval in shape , hence causing play on the bar. Substitute them with the powerflex ones and all will be good.

In the end I got the blow torch out and went to work
- Note: do this outside, and wear safety goggles and a mask, the fumes they give off are not nice!

Talk to Rally Design for a bias valve. They cost about 40 quid or so.
Splitting the brake lines is a bigger job. Your best off talking to a tuner about this, unless you have the faciliy to raise your car and the money for some specialist tools. It's not a job to do on a sunny saturday.
