Has the ST170 rear calipers got the same mountings as rear Cosworth ones? I'm thinking about doing a ST170 conversion both in front and rear.

 

Front conversion will be fine, need to drill out the 2 holes on each side, from 10mm to 12mm to take the caliper bolts...

need washers/spacers too on the front about 14-15mm thick, if i remember correctly...

no one, has done a ST170 rear brake conversion yet, not sure at all about this tbh!

people have done normal focus rear disc conversion though! do you have the rear conversion plates to mount the caliper on to ?

 

That's why I need to know if the mountings are the same, because if they are I can use brackets from the Cosworth conversion!

 

hmm for me it is big problem becous in poland I can't buy rear calipers from cosworth;/ It is just imposible to buy it here stupid country

 

Any ideas for this st 170 calipers?? Maybe from other ford could be??

 

Found out that ST170 has got the same rear calipers as all the other Focus!

 

yes ST170 front calipers BAKSTER, and rear ones are fine says Liero

 

So now is only one question What should I have to fit the rear one I talking about rear caliber mounting brackets

 

yes you can buy rear caliper brackets, about £20 GBP
