Default engine rebuild advise (zvh)

hey i am going to buy a 1.8 zetec bottom end rebuild it, was looking to get crank ground new shells new piston rings, didnt want to go for rebore and new pistons cus i am a poor lad hoping to get a pretty unstressed 200-210 bhp... thinking of a stage 1 turbo, chip, intercooler, cam + basic head polishing... opinions on reliability + power output using this setup please.

also what will i need to do with regards to compression ratio if i was to use standard zetec pistons... read in one of the mags (about the zvh conversion done in '3' hours on an xr2) that the compant that did it can supply the conversion kit for £300ish if i supply the sound zetec bottom end... may have been MAD dev. but dont quote me on that...
