Default Saff Engine Build (Lots of pics)

Thought id put some pictures up,of my engine re-build... (Nothing special, but if anybodys bored....?!)
Had covered 100K + miles, so it was probably due!? Its the first time ive done this sort of thing to my own car, so quite chuffed!
Big thanks to Steve @ Flashpoint for all his help too!!!!
Before:


Came out ok, but looking at the bearings, they had seen better days!!!




Block looked ok; (Just covered in shit!)


Crank, back from being balanced


Block, looking a lot cleaner!



Starting to take shape!


Gave the crossmember a lick of paint



All back in. (Bit of powdercoating here and there.)


All done! (Fitted some bit brakes and a 500 i/c too)

I was going to get a pair made, but found a spare pair of surrounds, so thought id have a crack at them... Need a bit more work, but dont look too bad from a distance...
