Anyone Using AI or Data Tools for Car Projects?
Hi all,
I’ve been working on a few car-related DIY projects lately, and it got me thinking — has anyone here tried using AI tools or data analysis for tuning, diagnostics, or even performance tracking?
I know this forum is more hands-on and car-focused, but with how fast tech is evolving, I wonder if anyone’s experimented with things like predictive maintenance, custom tuning maps, or even using OBD data for smarter upgrades?
I’ve seen a few YouTube builds where people are combining car mods with machine learning, and it’s fascinating. I’m curious how accessible that tech is for home enthusiasts.
If anyone has any experience or thoughts, I’d love to hear about it.
Also, on a side note, I’m currently prepping for job interviews in the AI field and brushing up on Machine Learning Interview Questions, so if you’ve seen any cool crossover between cars and ML, do share!
Cheers,
