Just found the Passion Ford forum, which is a great find.
Reminds me of the 90s/00s days we spent on Edition38 Forum great days...

The Fiesta was inherited from my late uncle and been in the family since new.

As the car will be staying and not being kept for gain or profit, I would like to make it my own but at the same time retainng those family memories I have of it.

So back to the old ways how we used to build the VWs on Edition38 back in the day.
Slightly older now so this will be a nice RestoMod build, hopefully with the advice of you amazing bunch here..

 

Thinking of buying a complete MK1 Focus 1.8 as a donor.
Can I use the 1.8 zetec engine and gearbox?
