Hi Christos, I am not sure how but yes it all lined up. The Work was done at Tremona Garage in Southampton and they always do a good job. The only thing that had to be done was cutting off the outlet pipe on the alloy power steering reservoir and welding it in a different position as it was snagging on the cable bracket.

Hi Christos, the RS500 style intercooler was not modified at all, it was fitted as it came straight out of the box.

 

You re a lucky man I suppose because some people have problems with this plenum. I mean they need to modify the intercooler pipe cause its misaligned.
