I'm looking to clean up my headlights, is there any guides on here on how to split the lenses from the housings. Also the clips accross the top look abit tired is anybody doing replacements or new old stock.
Cheers

Hi Mark, are the glass lenses discoloured? If so you can get a specific kit to bring the glass back to crystal clear. You could take the clips off and re-paint them as I am not sure if you will find any new ones. I am taking my Saff to Beaulieu tomorrow to the British Classics show which Should be interesting. Any British made car made before 2000 is welcome. Regards Richard.

So managed to ease the 8 clips off the lense to body.
A gentle bit of pressue and the lense released from the foam/rubber gasket.
The chrome reflective on one of them was shot, almost cream around the headlight bulb area.
Luckily I had a spare set, lenses were machine polished inside and out.
New set of clips are coming to complete the clean up.
Here they are just awiting the clips.
