Default No spark sapphire cosworth 4x4

Sapphire cosworth no spark... help...
I'm rebuilding my 4x4 , I have spark from the coil when the ignition initially turns on then nothing... any ideas please.
I've a new dizzy cap, rotor arm, new crank sensor, was working when the engine was removed..

Check the gap on the bottom crank sensor. It is easy to knock them and the gap gets too big.

check that the phase sensor plug and the knock sensor plug are on the right ones, on the bracket under the distributor, they fit both .
also check the 2 pin connector for phase sensor inside the distributor, this can also be mounted both ways around.

it will save you melting your engine mate .bad power supply equals a weak pump followed by a expensive visit to your engine builder witha melted piston lol

its also worth changing your main wire from the alternator to the battery ,and battery to the starters aswell.they usually at this point have corrosion and are less efficent

James at auto dynamix does all the kits you need

i swapped the cps and phase sensor over when i couldnt get the pump to cut in, which worked so they must be right.
