Default Sapphire Wont Run

Hi first time poster long time lurker, I would appreciate some advise. My brother and I bought a sapphire that needs to be re-shelled ( we have a near perfect shell) this car was bought after spending 8 years in a shed , when they went to restore it and realized the shell was too bad to repair. We got the engine running for a about a 1 min, but need to rig a better temporary fuel supply , to warm it up and see how it runs before we take it out and do a full rebuild. When we went to jump it again the battery was connected in reverse polarity !!!! ( I know ) . So we sent the ECU off to be repaired (Ailvec IoW) and it still isnt running . we have also replaced the , Phase sensor, rotor arm , distributor cap , Plugs, crank sensor, Map sensor , new fuel regulator, ( pump is running and fuel is returning to the temp tank) . We have a spark & fuel coming out of the injectors

what should I check next ??? what else could be fried ?

Hello,

I understood that car was running OK, before you connected battery incorrectly? Maybe ECU is still broken, can you try someone else ECU (is known to work), to make sure that not cause the problem?

I haven't tried that yet , as i am assuming that EUC was repaired by Ailvec.
