Default Bottom end rebuild

Hi all, I need to do a bottom end refresh, so was wondering about what you would use, engine has done 139k now so getting a little tired and noisy its only a stage 1. Engine is an old 2wd from 88, it still has the original mahle pistons in with the piston slap.
It will have the next bore size up from standard.
I will need the following parts so want to know what everyone tends to use nowadays.
Pistons
Oil pump
Bearings
Anything else that I will need?

Get the rods measured and checked
main caps checked/line bored

I forgot to say head has already been done, I wish now when I pulled the engine out to clean degrease that I stripped it down and checked it then.
So what brand of piston is the one to use nowadays?

Standard 4x4 Mahle’s seem to be best rated below 500hp
